Because we are a small business and do not operate at high sales volume, we ask that customers please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. That said, we understand mistakes happen and will do our best to help when possible.
Returns
Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

The item must arrive back to us in the same condition it was received.

Proof of purchase is required.
We reserve the right to deny returns for items that have been opened, used, damaged, or tampered with.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the incorrect item was sent or the item arrived damaged.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
